Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans; however, we are committed to ensuring you love your brew and will replace any damaged or incorrect hardware items within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or damage within 14 days of delivery.
- 2.Verification and Approval
For damaged hardware or incorrect shipments, please include high-quality photos so our roastery team can verify the claim and approve the replacement.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the unused hardware item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during the return transit to our Copenhagen facility.
- 4.Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement immediately.
